At Casa Window Cleaning, we take pride in delivering crystal-clear results. That’s why we back our work with our “Streak-Free or It’s Free” guarantee. To ensure fairness and clarity, the following terms apply:
Definition of a Streak:
A streak is defined as a visible line, smear, or residue left on the glass surface due to improper cleaning. To qualify under this guarantee, the streak must:
Be clearly visible during all daylight hours (not just when direct sunlight is on the glass).
Be visible from a distance of 5 feet or more.
Appear on the exterior surface we cleaned (not between panes or on uncleaned interior surfaces)
Guarantee Conditions:
This guarantee does not apply to post-construction window cleaning, due to the complexity and nature of the debris involved.
The client must be present at the time of service completion to check the work. If streaks are identified during this immediate walkthrough, we will address them on the spot or a full refund will be issued.
If the client is not present at the time of completion, they may still report any visible streaks within 48 hours of service. In this case, we will promptly return to address and correct the issue, but a refund will not be provided.
Requests submitted after 48 hours from completion will not be eligible under this guarantee.

Casa Window Cleaning’s “Streak-Free Guarantee” applies only to residential window cleaning services provided directly by our trained professionals.
If you are not satisfied with the final results due to streaks or visible residue, you must notify our team within 24 hours of service completion to qualify for a no-charge correction or refund.
Offer valid for properties within our service area. Minimum service fee of $200 applies. Additional charges may apply for oversized properties, specialty windows, or extreme conditions (e.g., hard water stains, construction debris).
